Our soup base is an instantly dissolving paste, rather than a powder. It helps to create a richer and smoother consistency and fresher, more authentic taste experience. It’s made using organic Japanese soya sauce, umami-rich kombu dashi and mirin (sweet rice seasoning) instead of refined sugar.

How to Use:
On the Hob: For one serving place 400ml of water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the contents of one soup sachet just before turning on the heat and mix well. Serve with your favourite toppings.
Microwave: For one serving place the noodles in a microwavesafe bowl and add 400ml of boiling water. Cook uncovered on HIGH (650W-850W) for 5 minutes. Add the contents of one soup sachet, stir well and serve with your favourite toppings. (These are guidelines only)
